The Empress Cottage Apartments are fully equipped with refrigerators, ranges, cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, microwaves, toasters and coffee pots. All units have air conditioning, flat screen TV, telephones and linens, but no daily maid service.
First Floor: 4-Bedroom Apartment that sleeps 10 people. Consists of 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed in each, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, plus 1 hide-a-sofa in the living area. Apartment includes 2 bathrooms: one tile bathroom with tub and shower; the second with shower only. Apartment also includes a separate kitchen, dining and utility room. 3 free parking spaces.
Second Floor: 3-Bedroom Apartment that sleeps 8 people. Consists of 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed in each, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, plus 1 hide-a-sofa in the living area. Apartment includes 2 bathrooms: one tile bathroom with tub and shower; the second with shower only. Apartment also includes a private front porch. 2 free parking spaces.
Third Floor: 1-Bedroom Attic Efficiency that sleeps 4 people. Consists of 2 double beds in the bedroom and contains 1 bathroom with shower only. Also includes a private deck. 1 free parking space.
